Deploying a Framework for Introducing an
APAG wants to do more and be more. It is from this aspiration that the “New Ways of Working” insight study was born in 2021. Three years later, and Unlocking business growth through people insights, which is the driving force behind APAG’s vision, is as relevant now as it was then.
In 2023 the intention was to change direction somewhat. As much as it is important to continue to understand New Ways of Working, a bigger construct has emerged. In recent years, and this is Employee Experience (abbreviated as EX).
Our definition of EX refers to the sum of interactions, perceptions, and feelings an employee encounters throughout their journey within an organisation, encompassing elements such as organisational culture, physical environment, technological tools, and the broader array of touchpoints across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit. This experience can significantly influence engagement, productivity, and retention.
